The Crosby Athletic Department sponsored a food drive from December 7th
- December 18th in conjunction with the Greater Houston Football Coaches’ Association to benefit the Shriner's Hospital of Houston.
Various campuses and classrooms throughout Crosby ISD competed to see who could bring in the most canned goods for the drive. This years’ winning campus, Crosby Middle School led by Principal Karen Grey won the competition bringing in over 3000 total canned goods plus various other boxed items. Nancy Krauskopf's classes donated over 1500 cans, with the 6 th period class bringing in 715 can goods. The largest single donation was made by Anthony Stanley bringing in 375 items for the project.
The Crosby Athletic Department, Greater Houston Football Coaches’ Association, Shriner's Hospitals of Houston, and Coach Flanigan would like to thank everyone who took time and effort to get involved in this year's food drive. Thank you for making a difference in someone's life during the Christmas season.
