Orienteering Team

The Crosby High School JROTC along with the Crosby Middle School LOTC orienteering team competed at the Texas Stampede Orienteering Meet in Athens on January 14-15,  Placings were as follows: Yellow Course - 5th Dalton Herring, 6th Anthony Piunti , 8th Angel Navarro, 9th Dillion Chennault, 10th  Colton Maxey; Orange Course –  1st Taylor Sneed, 6th Riley Hoy, 9th Jacob Johnson; Red Course - 2nd Leslie Rojas, 3rd Brett Fregia

Rifle Team

On January 15, the Crosby High School JROTC sent three marksmanship team members to compete at the Texas State USA Shooting Junior Olympic match on the campus of Texas Christian University. The team consisted of Kara Murphy and Carmen Guevara competing in the sporter category and Kimberly Butkiewicz in precision. It was one of many national qualifying matches and results are pending until April for the shooters to be informed if they qualify for the USA Shooting Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
