CHS New Student Registration: August 4-6
                                                          8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
                                                          1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

*After August 6th, registrations will be by appointment only

*Need to bring proof of residency, student birth certificate, shot records, social security card and completed enrollment packet

PROOF OF RESIDENCE (ONLY CURRENT GAS, ELECTRIC
OR WATER BILL WITH SERVICE ADDRESS WILL BE
ACCEPTED). IF YOU LIVE WITH ANOTHER FAMILY, YOU AND
THE HOMEOWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A
NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT ATTESTING TO THE INFORMATION
GIVEN TO CISD. THE HOMEOWNER MUST BRING HIS/HER
PHOTO ID AND CURRENT GAS, ELECTRIC OR WATER BILL
WITH SERVICE ADDRESS LISTED.

Summer Hours: Until July 30th
                              7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
                               Monday – Thursday
*CHS office will be closed for vacation July 6- July 20

Regular Hours Begin:  Monday, August 10th
                                          7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

First Day of School 2009-2010 year-August 24
*Classes begin at 7:30 AM

School Supply List:  Teachers will inform students on the first day of school what is needed for each class
