Proof of Residence
Shot Record
Last Report Card
Social Security Card (Child)
Picture I.D. (Parent/Guardian)

NES Meet the Teach Night - Thursday, August 20th 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

School Supplies will go on sale at the school on August 10th
(8:00 -11:00 am and 1:00 - 3:00 pm) for $30 cash only.
