Quick
and Easy Instructions for accessing your old archived e-mail
When
you log into webmail from the link on our main page, you will see something
similar to this:

The
arrow above points to the location of your old archived mail.
When
you click on this, you will see something similar to this:

The
three folders you see above may not be closed as you see here. The small grey arrows
on the left of the directories are for expanding what is available beneath
them.
Here,
you want to select the “GroupWise-Mail-Archives”.
When
you select that, you should have a page similar to this:

Here, you can see that the folder has been
expanded showing the various folders from my old e-mail. Here, I have selected
to view the mail in my “Mailbox” folder. This may take some time to load since
there is a lot of mail to retrieve. This has all of your mail going back a
number of years.
What
I did here was to use the search box to reduce the number of mail items
displayed and to make finding what I am looking for faster. You can see I
searched using the term “kominek” and the results
show not only mail from and to her, but also any mail that has the name Kominek appearing anywhere inside it.
You
can also filter your search by selecting a specific date range to look. There
is a lot of mail stored in the archive. When you are viewing or searching,
please be patient. If you use e-mail a lot for communications, you may have to
wait up to a minute for some searches to complete. You will see an animated
indication that the search is active and you will receive a notification when
the search is complete.
IF
you have any questions or are having difficulty getting to your archived mail,
