Where do I go for help?
We have three field technicians. These are Henry Thomas, Walter Luebe, and Mike Sellman. These three handle the bulk of technology issues and are considered our first line of defense. In an ideal situation, when a person has a problem they can enter a work order and expect a technician to show up in a relatively short time. If the technician cannot resolve the issue, they will pass the problem on to the appropriate person.
