Mark is also responsible for supervising the field technicians and giving them their priorities each morning. Any issues that the technician cannot resolve are passed on to Mark, and any problems he cannot resolve are passed on to David Haapala. Spyware, Adware, Viruses, Internet Site Blocking, and inappropriate content is managed by Mark Sanders. The “Denied” message that comes up on the screen contains detailed instructions on how to fix the problem of a site being blocked that shouldn't be. The only time failing to get to a web site is a result of our blocking is when you receive the custom denied message. Failing to reach a web site while you can get to others is always a failure at the other end: The place that manages that particular site.
