• 2019-2020 Calendar Voting

    The input of our staff and community is important to us as we look forward to 2019-2020.  It is now time to vote for your preferred calendar option for the next school year.  Read about Option A and Option B, compare the two, and vote for your favorite.  *** For 2019-2020, Elementary PLC Days will be full days instead of half days.

  • Option A

    • Gives all students and teachers two days off in October and another two days off in February.  These days were added to the calendar because of community feedback indicating a desire for more long weekends during the school year.  Staff who work over 187 days will report to work for in-service on those days in order to fulfill contract days.
    • The school year begins a little earlier for staff and students.
    • Staff and Students get out for Winter Break a little later.

  • Option B

    • Option B is a more traditional calendar similar to calendars we've adopted in years passed.
    • The school year begins a little later for staff and students.
    • Staff and Students get out for Winter Break a little earlier.
