Crosby ISD 2020-2021 Return to School Plan

Crosby ISD has developed our back to school plan for the 2020-2021 school year based upon the latest guidance from the Texas Education Agency, the Governor, and parent survey input.  Crosby ISD will offer two opportunities for instruction for the 2020-2021 academic year.  The two choices are: face-to-face instruction or remote learning.  We are asking for you to participate in a survey starting on July 17th to select the attendance option for your child's/children's return to school.  Parents will receive an email from the district, as well as a notification within Family Access, to complete the survey.  The survey is only accessible through the web version of Family Access until Tuesday July 21st.  If you need assistance accessing your account, please contact your campus on Monday July 20th.

As of right now, we plan to begin instruction on August 13th, with CISD students engaging in remote learning.  All students will follow the remote learning model referenced in the flyers below through September 4th.  Those students opting for face-to face instruction will begin attending classes on campus on September 8th, 2020.  Students are expected to participate in either the face-to-face or remote learning option 90% of the time to earn credit for the course.

Please read through the 2020-2021 plan below, as well as the department procedures and TEA Health Guidance documents, prior to making a decision on how your child/children will receive instruction.
