What if Clever does not let me login?
Posted by:If you click on Log in with Active Directory or Log in with Office 365 and the login page fails to load, trying clearing your cache. If accessing Clever from a Chromebook, we recommend signing out of the Chromebook and restarting the device.

What if I click on a Clever App and it asks me for a username and password?
Posted by:If a Clever page asks you to enter your username and password for an application, enter the correct login information for that application, and click 'Save Login'. Clever will save this information and automatically log you in next time you click the icon from the Portal!

What do we do if we are having issues with Clever on our home device using Chrome?
Posted by:If your student is using Clever to learn from home, you may need to download the Clever browser extension to ensure some application logins work properly. Downloading the Clever browser extension is important to make sure your student can continue their learning uninterrupted from school, home, or both. The browsers officially supported by Clever are Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. Click the link for isntall instructions on your personal device.

Posted by:Families will be charged for damages and replacement costs of devices and accessories.

Is the student required to return the device if they withdraw from Crosby ISD?
Posted by:Yes, if the student withdraws from CISD, they are required to return the device.

Does the student return the device to the school once they return for Face-to-Face learningl?
Posted by:No, the student should keep the device until notified by the district to return it. We want the student to be prepared in case the campus has to shut down for cleaning.

What happens if my device is lost or stolen?
Posted by:If you have lost the District issue iPad, contact the technology department through the work order system. A fee will be assessed for devices that are lost and a replacement will not be given until the fee is paid.
If your device has been stolen, contact your local police department to file a report. Once you obtain a case number, contact the Crosby ISD Technology department to request a new device.

Can students connect an iTunes account to their District iPad?
Posted by:No. Through device restrictions, students cannot connect their own iTunes account to a District issued iPad.
