Crosby ISD District of Innovation Plan
House Bill 1842 passed giving school districts in the State of Texas the opportunity to become a "District of Innovation". This designation restores local control and provides exemptions from certain sections of the Texas Education Code that inhibit the goals of the district, as outlined in a locally adopted Innovation Plan.
