CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT-RISK: DUROTECH
(Approved by the Board of Trustees April 16, 2018)
The following items are included in the bond package and will be executed in 3 phases:
Land Purchase - site for new facilities
Construction of a new 825-student Elementary School - Grades PreK - 5th
Construction of a new 650 student 6th Grade School (future 6-8th grade Middle School)
Utilize the current Middle School Campus for use as a 7th and 8th grade campus
Continued utilization of BES, DES, CES, and NES campuses as elementaries with the addition of PreK and Kinder to each campus (all elementary campuses will be Prek - 5th grade)
Reimbursement of the Maintenance and Operating Fund fr completed capital expenditures
Technology Equipment for new facilities
District-wide maintenance renovations (including new floors at BES and NES)
Construction of a 700-student addition at Crosby High School
Outdoor, heated competition pool at Crosby High School
Construction of a JROTC Obstacle Course at Crosby High School
Convert the CKC and PreK buildings into an Educaational Support Center (CTE Programs, Early Childhood Center, Administration Offices, Adult Education Instruction, and District Historical Museum)
Convert the current Administration Building into a new District DAEP Center
Construct a new Middle School Field House with game day dressing rooms at Cougar Stadium. The existing building would be demolished.
Home Parking expansion at Cougar Stadium (where old baseball field was located)
Construct a new drive at North side of Cougar Stadium to provide improved entry and existing from Crosby Elementary School and Cougar Stadium
