Local Winners of School Bus Safety Poster Contest
Recently, Crosby ISD Transportation hosted its first ever School Bus Safety Poster Contest celebrating National School Bus Safety Week.
Participants were asked to draw a poster with their interpretation of "Safely Rolling to Your Destination." 144 students participated, and there were some amazing posters turned in. Across 3 categories, there were 9 overall winners; 3 of which will advance to Regionals.
The winners were awarded prizes donated by local businesses and even some of our own bus drivers. Prizes included dinners for two from Texas Roadhouse, Smart TV donated by Montell Enterprises, a Nintendo Switch, games and accessories, Los Compadres gift cards, Apple iTunes gift cards, just to name a few. We want to thank all of our partners who believed in the excellence of our students and helped us to celebrate their accomplishments.
