Crosby High Running Back selected for Touchdown Club's Preseason Football Team

Wednesday, August 14, 2024 (Houston, TX) - Crosby High School varsity football running back Wesley Yarbrough was honored as one of 37 Houston-area high school football players selected as the Touchdown Club of Houston's UIL High School Preseason Football Team for the 2024 season. Yarbrough, who is #2 on the Cougars varsity squad, and the other honorees were recognized during the Touchdowner of the Year event last week at the Bayou City Event Center. The Touchdown Club of Houston chooses among the high school standouts by studying film, examining recruit chatter, and using preseason rankings. Yarbrough has committed to Big 12 contender, the University of Arizona, to continue playing ball at the collegiate level. The Touchdown Club of Houston honor cements Yarbrough's status among elite high school student-athletes. Congrats, Wes!
