Crosby, TX (February 1, 2024) - The Crosby / Barrett Station area was the second-hottest community in the Houston region last quarter.
According to the latest report from the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), home purchases in Crosby increased 83.6% year-over-year.
The HAR report also found that the Crosby area home sales jumped 23 rankings from #25 in Q3 2023 to #2 in Q4 2024.

The average time for a home on the market in Crosby is 48 days. The average sales price is $274,326.
