Public Information Requests
All public information requests must be made in writing. Requests for records are handled in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act. All requests should be submitted to the Director of Community Relations by email, fax, mail, or in person to ensure timely processing.
The form below is preferred when requesting records, but any form of written request for information will be accepted.
If you have a STUDENT RECORDS REQUESTS, A SUBPOENA FOR STUDENT RECORDS, or are in need of a TRANSCRIPT, please contact the campus directly.
