The 2024 Coleen Walker Relays were held at Falcon Stadium in Huffman ISD on April 10, 2024! Crosby ISD students participated this year thanks, in part, to a grant from the Crosby Education Foundation, CISD Trustee Phillip Chapman, and Copper Basin Custom Homes.

The relays are named after Ms. Coleen Walker who taught Life Skills students at Crosby High School until she passed away in 2004. She loved education for all! She mentored the "Texas Future Teachers Association" at Crosby High School. Her former students are teachers & leaders now! What a legacy!

What a wonderful day it's been for students in Crosby ISD and Huffman ISD. Crosby High School students worked as buddies for the younger students. We love those smiles!
