Secondary teachers: Use Schoology to differentiate your assignments for your students.  When creating the assignment, click on individually assign under options.

Elementary teachers: Use Google Classroom to differentiate your assignments for your students.  When creating the assignment, click the All Students option at the top and check only the students you want to see the assignment.
