I am a Crosby resisdent for 12 years. This year marks my 31st year in the food service industry with 15 years teaching Culinary Arts. I am married and have three dogs and five beautiful grandchildren. My passion for preparing and serving delicuos foods and pastries began when I was only 3 years old when my mom starting teaching me to bake a pie. I started cooking at 9 and by the time I was 12, I was preparing full meals. At 6 years old, I started collecting menus which now I use to teach my students. Now,my family and friends help me collect.
