• Crosby ISD FDA (LOCAL) 

    A nonresident employee may request that his or her child be admitted into district schools by filing an application with the Superintendent or designee. Transfers shall be granted for one regular school year at a time, on a tuition-free basis, and in accordance with criteria established by the Superintendent and included in administrative regulations. 
     
    This application can only be completed by the legal parent/guardian employee of the student requesting a transfer for a student living outside of the Crosby ISD attendance zone. 
     
    Please note that students requesting a transfer with a history of excessive absences and/or discipline infractions may be denied. Please attach attendance and discipline reports from 2022-2023 school year. This request is made with the parent/guardians full understanding that the transfer may be revoked if the student displays poor attendance, late arrivals, late pick-ups, and/or disciplinary infractions. 
     
    Crosby ISD does not provide transportation to and from school for nonresident students. The required data listed below is submitted to the Texas Education Agency on all transfer students for auditing purposes. Please fill in all blanks and submit this application. One per student. This document will need to be completed every school year.

    CISD Employees - Non residents of CISD

     

     

Greetings CISD Employees... Please read the instructions below carefully

  • This application is for employees who:

    1. reside in Crosby ISD

    2. teach at one of our elementary campuses (BES, CES, DES, or NES) 

    3. and would like to have their own children attend the campus their parent is assigned to work at for that school year.

    CISD allows parents who work at one of our elementary campuses, but live in the attendance zone of another to request that their own children attend the campus they are assigned to work at for that school year. 

    This application can only be completed by the legal parent/guardian employee of the student who is a staff member at an elementary campus here in Crosby ISD.
