STATE ACCOUNTABILITY RATINGS
"The State Accountability Ratings are based on a system that uses indicators to provide greater detail regarding the performance of a district or charter and individual campuses throughout the state." (TEA, 2014.)
The Accountability framework includes three domains:
-
Domain I: Student Achievement - Provides a snapshot of performance across all subjects.
-
Domain II: Student Progress - Measures year-to-year student progress by subject and student group.
-
Domain III: Closing Performance Gaps - Tracks advanced academic achievement of specific student groups.
